Angela Bridges

Angela (Angie) Bridges

Chief Executive Officer

Angie graduated in 1987 with a bachelor’s in nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati and then in 1996 obtained a master’s degree in hospital and health administration from Xavier University. She has been in some form of hospital administration since 1990 ranging from assistant head nurse to her most recent role as the director of patient care services/chief nursing officer with Shriners Hospital for Children in Cincinnati, Ohio. Angie joined Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital in partnership with HealthSouth as the chief executive officer in October 2016.

Dr. Sarah Grove

Dr. Sarah Grove 

Medical Director

Dr. Sarah Grove is a board-certified physiatrist who serves as the medical director of Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital. Dr. Grove is a graduate of Miami University and received her osteopathic medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a medical internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio and a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the Ohio State University where she served as chief resident. Dr. Grove is an assistant professor at the Ohio State University.

The hospital provides access to independent physicians.

Polly Bailey

Polly Bailey    

Business Development Director

Polly brings more than 18 years of marketing and inpatient rehabilitation admissions experience to the Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital. She graduated from The Ohio State University with her bachelor's degree and master's degree in speech-language pathology. She began her career with the Mount Carmel Health System in 1993, working as a speech-language pathologist on both the acute care and inpatient rehab units for five years before accepting the role of rehabilitation specialist/admissions coordinator in 1998.

Janice Bricker

Jan Bricker, RN, CRRN

Chief Nursing Officer

Jan has been an RN for more than 23 years, most of her experience in rehabilitation. Jan graduated from Columbus Community College in 1993 with an associate’s degree in nursing. Jan has been a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse since 2003. Jan is pursuing her bachelor's degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing.

Merri Foltz

Merri Foltz

Director of Human Resources

Merri comes to Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare human resources. Her professional experience includes LTACH, hospice and behavioral health. Graduating from The Ohio State University with a master’s degree in public administration specializing in human resources management, Merri has primarily worked in the Columbus area.

Christopher Gaydish

Christopher Gaydish

Director of Plant Operations

Chris has more than seven years of plant operations experience in a hospital environment. Prior to joining Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital, Chris had served as an assistant director of plant operations, safety officer, facility team lead and facility electrician in a hospital setting.

Breeanna Hill

Breeanna Hill LSW, MSW

Director of Case Management

Breeanna has been practicing in the field of human services for more than 15 years. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in social work from Ohio State University, Breeanna began her career as a therapist for the severely mentally ill. Breeanna completed a master’s degree in social work from Loyola University and began working within the hospital system.

Ibrahima Loume

Ibrahima Loume, MBA

Controller

Ibrahima Loume has more than ten years in healthcare finance. In his role as controller, he oversees the complete accounting and financial function of the hospital. This includes charges, billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, collections, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, contracting, internal control and audit. Prior to joining Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital in March of 2018, Ibrahima served as a senior financial analyst for Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where he led the annual capital/operating budget and on-going financial analysis for department of clinical therapies, radiology and sports medicine.

Ibrahima holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Franklin University and a master’s degree in financial economics from Ohio University.

Dusan Makel

Dusan Makel, LPCC-S, MBA

Director of Quality/Risk

Dusan has been practicing in the healthcare field for more than 17 years since obtaining his master’s degree in clinical counseling from Ashland University. Prior to joining Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital, he served as the director of quality at a large inpatient psychiatric facility in Columbus, Ohio. Dusan obtained his master’s degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University.

Camille Milligan

Camille Milligan, MA CCC/SLP

Director of Therapy Operations

Camille has been practicing in the field of speech-language pathology for 21 years. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master's degree in speech-language pathology both from The Ohio State University, she began her career as a speech-language pathologist at Mount Carmel Inpatient Rehabilitation Center in 1995. She served as the clinical coordinator at Mount Carmel from 2002 until 2017. Camille completed the Healthcare Leadership Series from Ohio University College of Health Sciences and Professions in 2016. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Kia-Rasekhy

Kia Rasekhy, PharmD, RPh

Director of Pharmacy

Kia graduated in 1998 from The Ohio State University with his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, then in 2001 with his doctorate degree in pharmacy. Kia’s first 10 years of experience were primarily in the retail and pharmaceutical service industry. Kia’s previous eight years of experience include service in a long term acute care hospital, where he served as the pharmacy director since 2015.
